How can I transfer photos from my memory card to my computer?

I have a 128 MB SD card from Lexar. I have a Casio Exilim EX-Z60 Digital Camera.

There are usually two ways. 1) If the camera comes with a USB cable, you can connect to your computer. Then you can use the software accompanying photo to your computer (or your camera) to get the pictures off. (I use a Mac, and often use iPhoto or Image Capture. A PC would have other programs.) Programs advanced like Adobe Lightroom also do this, I think. 2) You can get a USB card reader that works as a drive before. You connect it, and insert your card and acts as a disk. (Sometimes you can even use the camera as card reader.) A lot of people prefer to connect your camera and import images into the software, because the program will keep the images in a library, and also give you the opportunity to manipulate the image.
