Ghost Hunting with my Mel-KII
So I got this really cool new EMF/KII/thermometer and used it for the first time at the Pensacola Lighthouse the other night. The first room we went to in the basement was definitely the most active that night. We were asking “Thomas” to come forward. Thomas is said to be a slave boy who was hiding there and died from the elements one winter. After being in the room for five minutes, my digital voice recorder stopped working – total battery drain. As we were asking questions, we started getting hit on the KIi meters – there were two of them in the room. One of them was a normal KII that you see on Ghost Hunters, and the other was my Mel-KII. The other one seemed to be more sensitive and the lights flashed more than mine. That leads me to believe that maybe mine could be more accurate and not as tocuhy, but I’m no expert. Anyway, the best part was when a man asked “Thomas, come forward” and he definitely did. All of the lights on both of the KII’s suddenly lit up and as they did, my sister jumped. She said someone had brushed by her from the empty room next to the stairs. The whole experience was pretty cool because there were about 10 of us in the room and both of the meters were peaked right as my sister jumped. That was pretty much it, but I have no doubt that the place is haunted.
As for the meter, it is an EMF detector, KII and thermometer all in one. I don’t know all the technical stuff, but hey it works. If you’re interested in checking it out: Mel-KII. They have lots of other stuff too. (No I am not an affiliate – I just think it’s a great product!)
