Haunted Southern Nights Vol 1 Ghost Hunting The Basics Haunted Southern Nights

Deborah Collard has been aggressively seeking answers to paranormal activity since being a teenager. Deborah is the Founder of North-Eastern Alabama Paranormal Society in Guntersville, Alabama. Deborah uses both scientific methods as well as sensitive methods to attempt to determine the evidenciary proof of spiritual activity. Seeking the clues to life after death is something that we all look for. This book will begin you on a path to develop your paranormal investigative skills and to understand why people choose to follow this path. Many questions asked, many answered in Haunted Southern Nights. You be the judge.

User Ratings and Reviews

1 Star Very, VERY disappointing
I just received my copy of Haunted Southern Nights. Wow, do I feel silly.

My initial reaction after opening the package was, “Hmmm, looks kinda thin.” No big deal really, I have read plenty of books on the paranormal that were on the short side. That “oh well” attitude abruptly changed when I opened the book for the first time.

I really thought that there must be some sort of mishap at the printers.

The margins are ENORMOUS with somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 inches all the way around. I would like to give more accurate measurements but I cant since the afore mentioned spacing seems to vary from page to page.

Sloppy.

In addition to the acres and acres of wasted space, the font is also extremely large. To give you some sort of perspective on how these two characteristics stack up, the first page (actually the 3rd page since the title page and the ISBN# are numbered as well) has 15 lines of text on it. This seems about what you can expect throughout the book with many pages coming in fewer than that. The fact is, calling this publication a “Book” is being rather generous. This “book” could have been printed in a pamphlet and distributed free with the purchase of one of those crappy little cell censor EMF meters if the publisher had used some sort of normal margins and printed it in a “grown up” font.

At this point I don’t even care about the content (read the entire thing in less than 20 mins. Page turner indeed!). I feel like I just paid $20 to get into a movie and all I got to see was the trailer.

To sum up, save you $20 for a book with substance, or at least one that you can’t read cover to cover during an average commercial break.

5 Stars Haunted Southern Nights Vol. 1
Excellent book ! It’s very well written and very captivating as well. It’s a page turner and a must have book. Deborah Collard has penned a winner with this book. I can’t wait for the next one.
